Send to Database

Send to Database:

This will open a dialog in which you will select the fields that you would like to send to the database. Check the box next to each field name or press the Select All button. Press the OK button when you are finished, then a message will pop telling you how many items were sent to the database.

Note:
If you need to send more than one item to the database, you will need to mark the items and then apply the action just discussed. However, if you are only doing one, highlight the item and apply the action.
