Dave Chapman

Professional Bio:

Dave has been with Estimating Edge for 23 years, working primarily with roofing, interior and fireproofing contractors. Dave started his tenure at Estimating Edge as a regional account sales manager, then moved his way into the role of account leader. His determined work ethic led him to eventually migrating into his current role of sales director.

Throughout his time at Estimating Edge, Dave’s focus has been on sales and implementation. As sales director, he oversees new sales leads, taking calls and managing relationships with clients. Dave has not only sold to and trained hundreds of users but has also trained his team to provide a consultative approach to potential clients.

Dave’s specialty is understanding the various trends in the industry. Construction is an ever-changing field, and he has made a continuous effort to further his education in the industry. This industry knowledge allows him to be able to diagnose and solve any client challenges. Over the years, his clients have raved about his dedication to them and their business success — he has found a passion in building and maintaining client relationships.

Personal Bio:

Dave enjoys spending time with family and his two dogs. He maintains an outdoor lifestyle and regularly participates in various outdoor activities including camping, boating, golfing or hiking — he’s even hiked the entire Appalachian and Pacific Crest trails!
