Backup User Options

When backing up user options to a Windows Vista or Windows 7 computer, you have to have Administrative privileges.

SO, you have to “Right-Click” The EDGE Icon, and choose “Run as Administrator”.

*** NOTE : The other side of the coin is that IF the client has his U.A.C. (User Access Control) turned off, he will not have to do the above fix.
