How to Create or Verify an EDGE On Time Manager Role
Note: In order to use EDGE On Time, the company must be an EDGE On Site customer. There will be a setting added to the users’ tenant to activate EDGE On Time.
Step 1: How to create or verify an EDGE On Time Manager Role
- On the Administration Portal, click the Admin drop-down.

- Click Roles Manager.

- Click Add.

- A pop-up will appear called Add Role Information.

- Type “EDGE On Time Manager” for Name.

- Type “EDGE On Time Manager” for Description.

- Click the drop-down for Application Type.

- Click EDGE On Site for Application Type

- Click Add.

- Click Edit.

- A pop-up will appear called Edit Role Information.

- Click on the tab EDGE On Time.

- Click On for EDGE On Time.

- Click Save.
