How to View Off Items in the Pricing and Labor Screen

This video covers how to View Off Items in both the pricing and the labor screen in v12.

View Off Items – Pricing Screen

Let’s say that you’re going through your pricing screen and you accidentally turn something off as shown in the example below

If you refresh your pricing screen, that line item is going to disappear as shown below

To turn the line items back on:

• Click the item options dropdown
• Select include off items

Scan the list and find the item that was turned off. In this case, it is ISO. Toggle back to the On position.

Once you toggle back to the On position, click your item options, then select include off items to turn it off

Now it’s only going to display the items that you have inside of your project that are On

View Off Items – Labor Screen

To do this on the labor screen, it’s the same method.

For this example, let’s say that we accidentally turn off tear off.

To turn the line items back on:

• Click the item options dropdown
• Select include off items

Toggle back to the On position

• Click Item Options
• Uncheck View off items

Back on the labor screen, you will now see only the On items
