Provider cannot be found

Problem

Provider cannot be found while attaching a database. Happened with a 10.75 database Restore a BAK instead. Can have trouble with the attach function.

Solution

If you receive this message while attempting to attach or restore a db in 10.7.3 while running SQL 2012, transfer and install the 3 files from M:\INSTALLS\The Edge\EDE1073\CD\Network\SQLEXPRESS\x64\setup
